Loukas Freris
Chief Technical Officer
Loukas Freris is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in building construction and site management. He has contributed to more than 30 residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, taking a leading role in coordinating construction activities, supervising contractors, and ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
His expertise covers structural works, MEP coordination, foundation and concrete works, façade installation, and interior fit-outs, providing comprehensive oversight across all major construction stages. Loukas is known for his strong on-site leadership, his ability to resolve technical issues quickly, and his consistent communication with design teams, subcontractors, and project owners to keep project execution aligned and efficient.
In addition, he has extensive experience in construction planning, procurement coordination, cost control, and quality assurance, supporting the timely and successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining high levels of workmanship and minimizing construction risks.
Vasilis Paraskevopoulos
Chief Mechanical Officer
Vassilis Paraskevopoulos is a Mechanical Engineer (NTUA) and holds an MSc in Energy Management from the University of Ulster. He began his professional career in Greece as a designer and continued in the United States, where he remains a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Washington, D.C. He is also certified by ASHRAE as a Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP) and a Building Energy Assessment Professional (BEAP).
With over 30 years of continuous involvement in the HVAC industry, he has worked extensively as a designer, supervisor, and commissioning manager. His professional focus lies in sustainability and energy efficiency, specializing in HVAC systems, controls, and both initial and ongoing commissioning processes.
As the CEO of VPC, a leading commissioning services firm, he has overseen the successful delivery of commissioning services for some of the most prominent projects in Greece, earning broad recognition within the local market for his expertise and leadership in the field.
Nikos Kaisaros
Architect
Nikos Kaisaros studied Architecture in the United Kingdom, where he also completed a Master’s degree with a specialization in Multi-Skin Facades in Buildings. His academic focus on innovative façade systems laid the foundation for an approach that blends technical sophistication with clean, functional design.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, his portfolio spans a broad range of residential, commercial, interior, and exterior projects, reflecting both versatility and a consistent commitment to high-quality design.
Nikos follows an investigative and research-driven design process, continually reassessing form, function, materials, and user experience throughout every stage of a project. By exploring multiple perspectives and challenging conventional assumptions, he ensures that each concept evolves into a well-thought-out, context-appropriate design.
This approach allows him to create unique, highly tailored architectural solutions that reflect each client’s aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and practical requirements. Whether designing a residence, workplace, or commercial space, Nikos aims to deliver environments that feel harmonious, intuitive, and deeply connected to the needs of the people who use them.
